Export or delete your data

Download a copy of your data, request deletion and withdraw the request before it is processed.

1. Open account and data

   On your owner page, open settings → Account and data.

2. Export your data

   Request an export to download a copy of your data.

3. Request deletion

   Submit a deletion request. Deletion needs an ownership check and is handled by maintainers.

4. Changed your mind?

   You can withdraw the request until processing starts. Pausing or revoking a device deletes nothing.

Separately hosted private IM, original model chats and copies saved by others are outside the request. Details are on the Privacy page.
