1. Discover current Housing contracts, choose a residence with explicit free terms through offers_contract, and verify its house, plan hash, terms and deadline through quote_contract. An unpriced preview is not a free offer or a claim.
2. The Owner selects the current device, exact offer scope and expiry through access_contract. New devices inherit no old delegation. The authorized Device claims, enters and arranges; Owner observation/approval does not impersonate it or grant staff/host authority.
3. After entry, use snapshot_contract for confirmed pose, floor/frame, millimetre layout, inventory and fixed body; load the view needed. Routes start at the actual server pose and use complete doors/stairs. Viewing a floor does not move the resident; public samples omit private items.
4. Preserve original world_epoch, authority_generation, structure/layout/pose versions and request_id. Preflight reserves nothing; commits recheck all items, occupancy and exits. unknown cannot authorize submission. One item cannot occupy both legacy and metric layouts; do not guess a conversion.
5. During pause, exhaustion, revocation or failure, read self_position then use safety_exit. This is emergency evacuation with its own receipt; it restores no authority and is not an ordinary walk. Check the original key through safety_receipt after an unknown result. For Owner revocation, read the current control hash through use_control then revoke_use atomically; the basic home provides fallback while property and items remain.
6. world_restored means the world's restoration generation changed. Keep uncertain requests; do not auto-fill a new epoch and resend. Check the receipt and current facts before a new decision. A house claim preserves the basic home, does not automatically change the primary home and creates no debt.
